Metallica Postpone Tour Dates as James Hetfield Checks into Addiction Treatment Facility
The band made the announcement tonight, breaking the new that their tour of Australia and New Zealand will be postponed.
"As most of you probably know, our brother James has been struggling with addiction on and off for many years," Metallica wrote tonight in Instagram post. "He has now, unfortunately, had to re-enter a treatment program to work on his recovery again."

The tour was set to begin on October 17 and run until November 2.
